we’re not much of a nature people…well ok, it’s me. i love nature but it has to be clean, non-scary type of nature. like the beach with clear waters and a reasonably clean toilet. yup. but it was quite funny when we decided to go to pulau ubin. things didn’t go as plan but i had such a good time being all “adventurous”.

we ended up drinking coffee and milo at this cool coffee-hut run by an uncle who was a former member of the PAP. oh and we sneakily ate our cookies as we tried to make each other “loose” by coming up with words for the other to guess on hangman and also watching people get soaked to the bone while we were safe and dry. wore - cotton on white shorts (present from ken), black short leggings underneath, cotton on chiffon dress worn as top and a black cardigen. wow, everything’s like from cotton on except my shoes and sunnies. ok…anyway, after a nice warm bath we met sel for dinner and watched This Is It. ahh…i love day offs :)
wow, my blogging is really backdated. I’ve been working so much and it’s rather hectic. in 5 minutes i have to go do some sewing and pack and head out for a shoot. but i really want to thank God for being there for me, a constant source of strength and hope when i struggle.

there was some “drama” at the flea market and one learns from such experiences. but God always paves the way and I ended up getting a table that was vacant and I could occupy it throughout the flea market. A big thank you to my family, boyfriend and friends for the moral and labour support! And also to the lovely girls who came to shop! plus Ling from the organizing team was so sweet. and my lovely store neighbours too :) wish i gotten their names though
later we went to shokudo. i was so hungry so the fried rice seemed so yummy. but after the meal we agreed that shokudo was over priced and the food wasn’t any better then foodcourt food.
yay! for dessert, it’s a peppermint mocha frappucino. it’s actually delicious but everytime i have it at different starbucks outlets it always tastes different. argh, isn’t starbucks suppose to be consistent that’s why it’s good?? i need to find my favourite barista coffee maker person. the guy at the Orchard Central Spinelli makes one MEAN vanilla latte!
gonna try this eye make up for one of the photo shoots in the future. right now i’m working on one for prom i think. hopefully i get it done

I’m waiting for lunch (SO HUNGRY!) and I need to get ready to go out and post my parcels/buy thick black ribbon/black thread and collect some stuff. Argh, I hope it won’t be too rush. But since I’m waiting for my lunch, I’ll blog abit about the “Reunion” High Tea that I went to last saturday I think.

this was the children’s choir. that little girl just kept posing for the camera the whole time and then once in a while sang a little. she’s so cute!

Then when it came to the swaying from left to right those two boys kept clashing. the boy in the checkered shirt had no coordination. so funny and so cute. lol

see his cheeky grin

back in the old days i used to call him “kor kor nan qiang”. now he’s a dad of 3 kids and well i think his english name is Joseph or something. but that donkey is trying to be a ferrari horse! he cracked me up so much. haha

after the performances i managed to meet up with my childhood friends. seriously we were kids then, look at us now! from left to right: pearl, me, daniel, jared, sophia and joy :)
poof, i finally got a whole load of work off my check list. but there’s still much more pending. still, i keep reminding myself to breathe deeply and relaxed. now…uh oh, i feel like eating chips with salsa…tee hee and juice and oranges too
“a tight hug from a childhood friend means that even though our lives have seperated, you still hold a special place in my heart” — i had such a lovely day today, it turned out much better then i expected it to be. will blog more about it soon, now i have to tuck into bed for a good night’s rest.
